Commercial Rates and Services
We are very involved in the commercial heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration field. Our technicians are well trained in everything from small refrigeration units, to large capacity ice machines, to rooftop heating and air conditioning units. Our fast and dependable 24 hour service has made our name stand out in the commercial hvac industry. Here is a list of some of our commercial customers that we do business with. As with Residential we also offer free estimates for replacement of commercial HVAC systems and their accessories.
Commercial Rates
- Commercial Labor Rate $90/hr
- Commercial Service Call $45
- Commercial Preventive Maintenance (Heat or A/C) $80/unit
We also offer Preventive Maintenance agreements for commercial customers. We make either 2 or 4 appointments per year to perform maintenance and filter changes on Air Conditioner and Heating Systems, as well as refrigeration units. 24 Hour Emergency Service
Here at Keep Heating and Cooling we understand that furnaces and air conditioners don't always take your schedule in to consideration when they decide to stop working. Have you ever had your furnace break down in the middle of the night? Have you ever returned home from vacation to a broken down air conditioner or furnace? We are here for you, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Just call us at any time and we will be there to make the necessary repairs to everything up and running again.
Hours and Rates
It is considered overtime rate between 4:30pm until 8:00am during the week. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are all considered after hours service and will be subject to the rates listed below.
Commercial Rates
A Call Charge of $45 will be assessed with a minimum of a half hour labor. The hourly after hours rate for commercial businesses will be $135 per hour.
